Back to... the future? First Horus Heresy era model! (+ bonus content)

Yes, I couldn't stop myself - I had to make at least one model from Betrayal at Calth set. Since I'm planning to order shoulder pads for tacticals from FW I had to choose from termies, heroes and dreadnought - and I started with termies, the main reason why I wanted this set so badly.

Imperial Guard Command Squad

Another unit complete - this time Imperial Guard. I've decided to put away Skitarii for a while to prevent getting bored with them and I also wanted to make something for my little IG army. Since I've already made the Commander I've decided to finish his command squad.

Chimera Armoured Transport ready for duty!

I've painted this model few months ago and I couldn't decide if it was ready or not - it was lacking something. But yesterday I had an idea and I have added few new elements to this model and here it is - Imperial Guard Chimera!

Masyafuss 3rd Company Commander

I have finally made Commander for my IG troops! It was the first time I have made a greenstuff cloak and also a custom base out of cork.

New Imperial units

I really like Imperial Guard - they may be weak, but they are awesome. They are just simple humans fighting with all of the galaxies threats - horrible xenos and fearsome traitors. And they also have their amazing heavy support with all of the Bassilisks, Leman Russes and Super Heavy Tanks. But I bet most of you know it already.

Little Helpers of the 41st Millenium

I was really happy to find out that the set of Devastators have a bits of 4 servoskulls in it! I know that they do nothing in the tabletop game and they are just a decoration but damn... that's cool! First thing I thought was to make one as a familiar for my commander! After I did it I realised that another servoskull design fits the style of the Techpriest and I couldn't resist to make this one too. And here they are!

Masyafuss First and Only (at this point) Guardsmen

Few days before Christmas I finally finished the last man of the most basic Imperial Guard Infantry squad. It's finally full 10-men squad. Well they are not so very impressive since they are just simple dry-fit models, but I had to make this squad complete.
